By the end of this module you will be know the three elements which make up a financial promotion, understand the meaning of “clear, fair and not misleading”, know when and how a representative example needs to be displayed, know what information triggers the representative APR and how it must be displayed, have an appreciation of the definition of prominence and have an awareness of some the common errors made in a financial promotion.
