By the end of this module you will be know the three elements which make up a financial promotion​, understand the meaning of “clear, fair and not misleading”​, know when and how a representative example needs to be displayed​, know what information triggers the representative APR and how it must be displayed​, have an appreciation of the definition of prominence​ and have an awareness of some the common errors made in a financial promotion.
